This holiday accommodation is located in a small village of approx. 30 houses right next to a small pond (nature reserve) where various bird species can be observed. The house is situated on a very quiet road which can only be used by residents. Otherwise this is the cycle and footpath to the 10 km long sandy beach of Erdeven, 900 metres away.

On the terrace you can listen to the sound of the sea while you enjoy your aperitif and prepare fish and seafood on the barbecue. The large garden is only used by the guests themselves and does not have to be shared with anyone. From almost all rooms you have an unobstructed view over a 4 hectare nature reserve where many rare bird species can be observed (binoculars are available). The granite walls inside and outside are not only typical of the country, they also provide the necessary freshness on hot summer days. When the wind blows in from the Atlantic in autumn or spring, you feel really safe behind these walls. There is a car park with 3 spaces right next to the house, so that nothing stands in the way of arriving by car. A lockable garage is available for your surfboards, bicycles and other bulky items. If required, a transfer from the airport can be arranged or you can use the car hire service at Nantes airport.

On the ground floor of the two-storey house is the bright living/dining area, whose glass doors open to the south-west onto the terrace and the pond, offering you a spectacular view of the natural surroundings. Also on the ground floor are the open-plan kitchen, a disabled-friendly shower room with WC and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (140 cm x 200 cm), which offers threshold-free access to the bathroom through wide doors. The two steps to the living/dining area can be negotiated by wheelchair users with the aid of a ramp, which can be installed on request. Passing the spacious dining table, which invites up to eight people to share a meal, you reach the open-plan kitchen. This is equipped with all the necessary appliances for both cooking and baking. It allows you to prepare your own meals easily and conveniently using a hob with induction hob and oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment and the usual small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. In the storage room next door there is an additional large fridge with freezer compartment and shelves for shopping as well as a washing machine. Underfloor heating is available throughout the ground floor for the colder months of the year. After a day out, relax on the two upholstered three-seater sofas while a fire in the wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth.
There are three double bedrooms on the upper floor. The first two rooms each have a double bed consisting of two 80 cm x 200 cm single mattresses next to each other, which can also be placed separately. In the third room, two single beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm and a bunk bed for children (2 x 90 x 190 cm) offer additional sleeping options. The upper floor also has a separate WC and a bathroom with bathtub and shower partition. The upper floor is heated by radiators in all rooms. In addition to a modern flat-screen TV with satellite TV, DVD player and TV-USB connection, the equipment also includes a free toddler package. This consists of a folding cot, a high chair, a baby bath and a buggy for walks.

You can explore the menhirs and dolmens by bike. There is a bike hire shop, a pizzeria and a bistro/café with W-LAN connection about 400 - 500 metres away. In the high season, there is also a small grocery shop offering fresh croissants and baguettes. All other shopping facilities can be found in Erdeven, approx. 4 km away. There are also two supermarkets and restaurants as well as an ATM, petrol station, butcher and bakery. Most of these are also open on Sunday mornings.

The holiday home opposite is also ideal for a family holiday with friends. Energy costs are charged according to consumption. The first 70 kilowatt hours are included.

The holiday home is fully wheelchair accessible. Around the house there is an easy to drive on,
non-slip concrete path and a terrace have been installed around the house. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, which is wheelchair-accessible; the bed can be adjusted in height. The room has access to the ground-floor bathroom/WC, which is also disabled-friendly with a wheelchair-accessible washbasin, a threshold-free shower with folding seat and a WC with grab rails. The doors all have large opening dimensions and a ramp can be installed to access the living/dining room. In the meantime, several wheelchair users with different wheelchair sizes (including electric ones) have already stayed in the house, all of whom were very satisfied.
