This ground-floor apartment in a detached house on a large plot is at the edge of the village centre of Malaucène and is to the north of Avignon.
The outdoor area is shared with the owners, including a 11 x 5.5-metre pool, and a 2500m² garden with flower beds, a grill, garden furniture and a table tennis table. The covered outdoor terrace has an size of 25 m² and is available for the exclusive use of the guests. There is also a parking space in front of the house.
The holiday apartment, which is part of the owner’s house, consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140cm wide), a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 x 80cm wide), a table and a TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space, electric oven, gas stove, microwave, direct access to the terrace, and a bathroom with a shower cubicle, big mirror and cupboards, and a separate toilet. A washing machine and an iron are also available.
Your accommodation is just 300 metres from the centre of Malaucène, a very vibrant village with three bakeries, shops and many restaurants. In the surroundings you can find hiking trails and cycle routes to Mont Ventoux. In the wider surroundings there are large towns such as Orange (20km) and the famous Avignon (40km).
