The "Corte Pizziniaco" is in a recently renovated old building located in a quiet courtyard; it consists of an elegant historical flat on two floors and has a large living room with kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the 1st floor and two bathrooms.On the upper floor we have 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which can become triple; a comfortable bathroom with tub and shower equipped with hairdryer; the rooms are bright and the smallest one has access to a covered balcony, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. On the ground floor, the spacious living room has a sofa that can be converted into two single beds if required; there is also a bathroom on the ground floor.
The rooms on the ground floor, ancient and with stone vaults, are well ventilated and bright. The cooking area is complete with a 4-burner cooker, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The flat can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests .
Towels and bed linen are changed once a week along with a general cleaning. The flat is located in a quiet courtyard with reserved parking space outside next to the entrance and according to availability also a parking space in the garage.The owners reside in an adjacent flat and provide the widest assistance for every need of the guests who can be welcomed naturally in Italian but also in English. Traditionally the house always offers exclusivity to its guests who will never have to share the property with other guests and/or owners. The minimum stay required is 2 nights .
In the living area we have an assorted library with guides, maps and books describing the area in various languages as well as magazines and novels, satellite TV, music CD player, fast internet connection and video DVD player. The ground floor has a small open-air area for use as a drying room or other.

Die Lage des Objekts ist für Altstadtbesuche ohne Fahrzeug ideal. Ebenso dessen Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse, wodurch es keinen sonst üblichen Straßenlärm gibt und Fahrzeuge sicher stehen. Alle notwendigen Läden sind von der Wohnung fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ließ an nichts mangeln. Der G...
