No internet access in this cottage to spend disconnected holidays. 3 km from the banks of the Rance and 5 km from the beaches of Dinard, a seaside town, this independent gite is located in the center of Pleurtuit.
The town is lively all year round, with all the shops and services on site.
Ideally placed to discover Saint-Malo at 15 km, Dinan at 16 km, Mont Saint-Michel at 55 km, Cap Fréhel at 40 km and the beaches of Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac, Saint-Jacut, Saint-Cast -The-Guildo.
Not to be missed: hiking on the banks of the Rance at 3 km.
To discover with immediate access: the greenway which easily joins Dinard for a walk or bike ride.
Dinan is also accessible by this greenway.

La Bretagne évidemment ! L’hospitalité des hôtes, un apéritif luxuriant nous a été proposé. Une « suite » au rez de chaussée avec accès au jardin…. Pratique pour laisser sortir un chien. Maison bien équipée.
Le gîte est au centre du village, positif pour l’accès aux commerces.
Les espaces sont bien plus réduits qu’il n’apparaît sur les photos ( chose assez habituelle). L’espace commun est restreint pour 6 personnes et les déplacements deviennent difficiles au vu du mobilier.
Un parking est prévu mais une Renault Captur est bien difficile à y rentrer non par l’emplacement mais l’accès. Cependant, les propriétaires proposent un emplacement dans la rue devant leur garage.
