Villa delle Vigne can accommodate up to 12 people and is on two levels.
The ground floor consists of: - an elegant living room with direct access to the porch; - a spacious kitchen with dining table and equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave; - a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined on request) with an en-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine (the bathroom is wheelchair accessible). The first floor consists of: – a large double bedroom (with the possibility of adding an extra single bed) with an en-suite bathroom with shower; – a double bedroom (with the possibility of adding an extra single bed); – a double bedroom (with the possibility of adding an extra single bed); – a bathroom with bathtub and shower; – a cosy double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and insect screens on windows.
The rental price includes: fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; air conditioning; pool and garden maintenance; daily pool maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations). The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival): final cleaning € 150,00; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; heating consumption; extra cleaning € 18,00 per hour; extra linen change € 5,00 per person; tourist tax € 2,00 per person per night, for a maximum of 14 nights (children under 14 years old exempted). Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 800,00 Check-In: from 3.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. Pool open from 6th May to 30th September Please note: - Bookings for youth groups are subject to approval.
