Villa Claudia is on two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The ground floor consists of: – a living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining table, a very bright and panoramic room thanks to the large glass windows overlooking the garden; – a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle; – a guest bathroom.
The sleeping area is located on the first floor, consisting of: – a double bedroom with sea view, with en-suite bathroom with shower; – a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; – a double bedroom; – a bedroom with two single beds; – a bathroom with bathtub.
This villa is equipped with air conditioning and insect screens on windows.
In the basement there is a small laundry room accessible from the outside with washing machine and sink.
The rental price includes: fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations). The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival): final cleaning € 300,00; heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 1,00 per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 14 exempted). Pets are not allowed.
Please note that all travelers (including children) must show an ID Card or Passport on arrival to the owner of the villa.
Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 300,00 Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. Pool open from 1st May to 30th September Please note: - Bookings for youth groups are subject to approval.
