The villa, completely renovated in 2014 and with a modern interior, is in Premantura near the Kamenjak national park, only about 300 metres from the beach and the sea.

The villa consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor and a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor. It has around 180m² of living space and can accommodate up to eight people. The fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, hob, kettle and other appliances is separate from the living and dining room. The latter is spacious and provides a dining table, a big seating group with a coffee table, a TV cupboard and a TV with satellite channels. There is a sofa bed (140 x 200cm) for two people in the living room. Three bedrooms have a double bed (160 x 200cm), while the one have two single beds (90 x 200cm). There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms. The two bathrooms each have a shower, washbasin and WC and one of them also has a washing machine.

The villa has two terraces, of which one is a veranda, a swimming pool, an outdoor shower and a small playroom with air conditioning right next to the pool. Sun loungers and terrace furniture are provided. You can park your car securely behind a lockable gate.

It is just a five-minute walk to the nearest beach and to the centre with shops and restaurants.
