The terraced house is located in a setting of rare natural beauty, within the Tanca Piras village, facing the Gulf of Lion and the famous 5 Faraglioni of Nebida (Iglesias), with a communal swimming pool and unattended parking space outside the village.
The location of the Tanca Piras village is spectacular, a breathtaking seafront panorama, the ideal place to enjoy the tranquillity and typical scent of this splendid corner of Sardinia, rich in history and far from mass tourism.
The house, in a reserved position, is set in a context suitable for families, couples who love water sports, trekking and hiking and mountain biking.
It sleeps 4, is furnished with attention to detail and has air conditioning in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms.
It is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor a small tiled garden with a covered patio where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, a living room with kitchenette, ante-bathroom, bathroom and cellar;
- on the first floor a double bedroom with 24" colour TV and balcony, a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The reserved unattended parking space is outside the village.
The house is in the second row, not in front of the swimming pool but in a more reserved position and, especially during the summer period, silence, tranquillity and privacy are more assured.
It sleeps 4, is air-conditioned and furnished with attention to detail.
It is 50 metres from the condominium swimming pool and from the private restaurant within the condominium complex.
The rental price includes the stay for 4 beds, the consumption of electricity, water, gas, a single supply of bed linen and a bath towel, at the beginning of the stay (further supplies of linen are considered extra costs), use of the kitchen, use of the washing machine, wi.fi router, use of the condominium swimming pool in accordance with the rules and unguarded parking outside the village.
To be paid, in cash, upon check-in:

All guests are kindly requested to pay the DEPOSIT DEPOSIT "in cash" on arrival. The amount will be returned at the end of the stay subject to any breaches of contract and/or damage caused to equipment and furnishings.

October: daily from 12:00 to 15:00.

No BBQ available. We are not equipped to accommodate our animal friends.
A Wi-Fi router is available free of charge. The service is free of charge, so any malfunctions or disruptions to the line or router attributable to us do not entitle you to any compensation.
The costs indicated for final cleaning "DO NOT INCLUDE CLEANING OF THE KITCHEN", cutlery, pots and pans, glasses, frying pans, hob, sink, electric oven and microwave oven.
Guests may clean the kitchen and all the accessories used during their stay themselves using materials to be purchased at their own expense.
The kitchen must be returned at the end of the stay perfectly clean and tidy as received on the day of arrival.
Any extra cleaning of the kitchen following the ceck-out will be charged at 50 euros. In order to avoid disputes at the ceck-in some photos will be taken.
WASTE
Waste disposal by guests must be carried out in a personalised manner, using the containers of a different colour according to waste, which are located inside the house.
Each guest must only use the differentiated coloured containers equipped with a microchip that identifies the owner of the house.
The containers must be placed outside the complex, in the space provided along Via S'Argiola, by 10 p.m. on the day before the day set for collection and only on the days and times established in the municipal calendar. Envelopes must be properly sealed. Guests shall take care to collect the containers the following morning.
Failure to observe the calendar and the rules on waste collection will be contested and disposal costs of EUR 50 will be deducted from the deposit.
Any further penalties for incorrect waste disposal issued by the municipal authorities responsible for collection will be charged to guests.
Check in from 5 p.m. Check out by 10.00 a.m.
At check in, as required by local regulations, guests must:
- pay in cash the security deposit, tourist tax and final cleaning;
- show an identity document (passport for guests coming from outside the European Community) for each guest staying at our house for the consequent communication of data to the Police Headquarters and to the administrative offices of the Region of Sardinia.
- sign a short-term tourist rental contract;
The security deposit will be returned at the end of the stay subject to any breaches of contract and/or damage caused to equipment and furnishings.
It is not permitted to invite other people to stay in the flat without the owner's permission. Minors may not stay in the house unless accompanied by an adult.
The condominium is guarded and equipped with a video surveillance system of the perimeter and common condominium areas. Each guest will be provided with a remote control to open and close the entrance gate to the condominium.
The electricity system delivers 3kw.
In order to avoid the disconnection of the general contactor of the electricity supply system, we kindly ask you not to use all household appliances at the same time.
In order to avoid possible damage to the air conditioners, please switch them off before leaving the house.
The unattended parking space is outside the village.

The proper functioning of the communal swimming pool and the hygienic-sanitary aspect are ensured by a bathing attendant. The water quality is checked every day and if the bathing attendant detects that the bathing parameters are not up to standard, the pool will be temporarily closed to allow the water to be restored to bathing standards.
The well-kept and luxuriant private park, characterised by the island's typical vegetation, branches off into various small paths that lead to panoramic viewpoints from where you can watch the spectacular sunset that nature offers every day.
Inside the village you will find a bar-restaurant where you can enjoy excellent local dishes rigorously prepared with seasonal local products and served in a wonderful panoramic veranda overlooking the sea.
The village is not far from the village where you can find some small markets, bars, restaurants/pizzerias, a night watchman, a pharmacy and a post office.
The beautiful and evocative location makes the village an excellent starting point for whatever activities guests wish to do during their holiday. They can indulge in their favourite sports
such as kitesurfing and windsurfing lessons, excursions by boat, dinghy, mountain bike, quad or off-road vehicle, trekking or, for the less daring, simple cultural walks, visiting the various historical sites and caves in the area.
The unattended parking space outside the village is 150 metres from the house.
We kindly ask you not to use all electrical appliances at the same time in order to avoid the disconnection of the general contactor of the electricity supply system.

The coastline below the village offers to the eye endless landscapes sculpted by the majestic profiles of Pan di Zucchero, the Il morto and S'Agusteri rocks and the Punta de Is Cicalas cliff.
Beaches in the surroundings: Reefs in the vicinity of Laveria Lamarmora - Portu Banda (2.5 km from Nebida) and Porto Raffa (2 km from Nebida). Just a 5-minute drive south of Nebida is the extensive beach (3.5 km from Nebida) of: Funtanamare, Plagemesu, Punta S'arena, Porto Paglia.
To the north, about 10 minutes' drive after Masua is the picturesque beach of Cala Domestica (14 km from Nebida), one of the most fascinating fjords in the Mediterranean, and the sheltered little beach next to it, La Caletta (14.5 km from Nebida), which can be seen through a tunnel in the rock. A few kilometres from Cala Domestica is the renowned Buggerru beach (19.5 km from Nebida) famous for wave surfing (one of the best spots in Sardinia for surfers). If you feel like going a few more kilometres, I recommend visiting the dunes of Scivu and Piscinas, about 40 km from Nebida.
Towards the south, the Porto Pino dunes in Porto Pino and Is Solinas in the village of Masainas.
