Holiday home in the garden, without disturbing traffic noise, which is largely shielded by the main house.
The nearest motorway junction of the A73 "Bamberg-Ost" is just as easy to reach, approx. 3 km away.
Close to the centre with only a 5-minute walk from the train station; one of the main lines of the Städt. One of the main public transport lines (line 902, 911, night line 935), whose stops are approx. 50 metres away, runs to the city centre every 10 minutes. The journey time is approx. 8 minutes.
The house is completely newly furnished and has a small kitchen, WC with shower, a living-dining room and on the first floor a living-bedroom and a bedroom. A total of four people can stay overnight. Equipment features: TV, telephone with weekly flat rate for domestic and city calls (excluding special numbers and international calls), WiFi and bread roll service in the morning for breakfast on request.
Major supermarkets, three bakeries, a butcher and several restaurants (Café Abseits is particularly worth mentioning) are within easy reach within a radius of approx. 100 metres. You can leave your car at home and still be mobile!
