The villa features fantastic uninterrupted sunset views over the Mae Ping river and towards the Doi Suthep mountain range.
The outside area with swimming pool and tropical garden offers you magnificent views over the Mae Ping River. Outdoor day-beds, garden benches are an ideal place for you to relax, unwind and enjoy the scenery.

Right at the edge of the Ping River, the Villa has 6 AC bed rooms: (4 double bedrooms with enclosed individual spacious bathrooms and one duplex family suite with 2 AC sleeping rooms with a shared bathroom (separate entrance to the bathroom – “guests of the additional mansard bedroom do not have to pass the master bedroom of the suite to use the shared bathroom”).
First Floor has 3 bed rooms. 2 suite rooms with king size bed and 1 suite room with double beds.
Second floor has 2 suite rooms with king size bed.

We are not inside the city but just at the outskirt of the city area. It is an unusual green and tranquil area for being so close to the city. It is (depending on traffic a 20-30 minute drive into the city center. 10-15 minutes to one of the best international supermarkets or main shopping centers. 10 minutes or bicycling distance to the municipality office or the exhibition center.
As we are close to the ring road it is sometimes faster to reach different points of interest in the city and especially around the city from our location than from inside the city because of traffic congestion in the city and it is very convenient and faster to go to main tourist attractions around Chiang Mai.
