Detached small holiday villa in an elevated position with magnificent views sometimes as far as the sea, the village centre, the surrounding mountain landscape, pine forests and vineyards.
Upscale furnishings with many lovely details. The property is regularly refurbished so that there are few signs of wear. Basic cleaning and care products are also available. The house has 2 floors. On the upper floor is the entrance, which leads into the living-dining room. The kitchen is also on the 2nd floor. Here you can also access the upper terrace via two patio doors from the living room. The air conditioning, newly installed in 2019, is for all living/bedrooms! In the basement (ground floor) are the two bedrooms between which there is a shower room and a separate WC. One of the two bedrooms also has a patio door to the lower pool terrace. There is also an outdoor kitchen on the lower floor with a second large fridge for drinks with a 3-section freezer compartment. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. In the living room there is a fully functional fireplace for the cooler evenings. Wood is often in stock or can be bought in small packages in neighbouring Frejus in DIY stores (e.g. Castorama).
Cosy balcony furniture with a mushroom warmer for the cooler days or nights. Since 2021 additional new, small terrace with lounge furniture. Sunshades, sun loungers available in sufficient numbers. The pool is about 3.5 m wide and about 6.5 m long. As the pool is over 2.50 metres deep, it is unsuitable for non-swimmers. The cottage is surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden. On the lower plateau there has been another small terrace with a seating area for relaxing since 2023.
The house is located in a mixed area of holidaymakers and permanent residents. It is located on a slope and can only be reached via an external staircase. It is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties!
Pine forests, the Esterell Mountains and wonderful hiking trails invite you to go cycling and hiking, the neighbourhood "La Bouverie" in which the house is located is very well maintained. In the immediate vicinity of many wineries. The coast is approx. 15 km away (approx. 15 min drive) in Frejus/St. Raphael with all its shopping facilities, restaurants, leisure and water sports facilities.
