This furnished holiday home with small garden is located in a holiday village in Gassin, on the outskirts of Saint-Tropez on the Côte d'Azur. The wooden house is set in a guarded, fenced residential park.
In the centre of the bungalow is the living and dining area, equipped with a TV, dining table and fold-out sofa bed. Next to this is a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen area with four-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and small appliances. There is a bedroom on either side of this central room. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin with vanity unit and WC. A washing machine is available in the cellar of the house.
Shops and supermarkets are less than 500 m away. The Cogolin Gassin beach is 1.5 km from your holiday home. The sandy beaches of Pampelonne Ramatuelle are five kilometres away. Saint-Tropez (3.5 km) is well worth a visit.
There are three terraces in front of the house, one of which is partly covered. These can be accessed from the living room and bedrooms. There is also a small garden where you can relax on the sun loungers. The garden has oleanders and parasols. There is also a parking space.
