Discover our gem in the centre of the idyllic wine village of Essenheim, bordering the historic city of Mainz. Our quietly located holiday flat offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay in the heart of Rheinhessen. With tasteful furnishings, rounded off by underfloor heating and laminate flooring, this guest flat is the epitome of comfort and style.
You can expect upscale furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. The flat covers 34 square metres, ideal for two people, with a cosy double bed and the option of arranging an extra bed for a third person. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, a bathroom with shower and WC, free WLAN and DSL connection as well as a TV. A special bonus for our guests: pets are very welcome, there is even room for a large dog (>60 cm). Please smoke only in front of the entrance (non-smoking flat).
The outdoor area features a separate entrance to the holiday flat, a private car park and an inviting terrace for relaxing outdoors. The garden, for communal use, promises pleasant hours in a peaceful atmosphere.
The area surrounding our holiday flat has something to offer for every taste. In the immediate vicinity (500 metres) there is a grocery store for all your daily shopping needs. Nature and sports enthusiasts will love the nearby hiking and cycling trails. In addition, regional wine taverns invite you to unforgettable wine tastings - a real treat for wine lovers.

Kleine, maar goed uitgeruste woning! Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar! Voor wie wil wandelen, je zit binnen vijftig meter midden tussen de wijnranken en een prachtig uitzicht!

Schnelle unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, freundlicher Vermieter. Tolle Umgebung mit den ganzen Weinbergen. Die Ausflüge nach Mainz/Wiesbaden, ins Nahetal und an den Rhein/Main haben mir sehr gefallen. Alles in Allem eiin kurzer schöner Osterurlaub.
Wie jeder Urlaub leider zu kurz sonnst gab es von meiner Seite keinerlei Beschwerden.

Man kann direkt vor der Tür parken.
Es gibt ein Telefon in der Wohnung, wodurch man eine direkte Verbindung mit dem Vermieter hat.
Der Kühlschrank ist ein wenig laut.
