The short distance to the Rursee, the Eifel National Park and the High Fens makes its location a great starting point for beautiful excursions.

The terrace behind the house is equipped with garden furniture for 20 people. There are 8 parking spaces at the house, a rarity in Monschau!

The house offers plenty of space for 20 people and is therefore perfectly suited and equipped for large groups. There are 8 separate bedrooms: 5 double rooms, 2 triple rooms and 1 quadruple room. The bedrooms are spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a separate bathroom and 3 more bathrooms are connected to the bedrooms and a separate bathroom is on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with enough cutlery and crockery for 20 people. All the usual household appliances such as electric cooker with oven and ceramic hob, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher are of course available.
The bright living and dining area with a view over the meadows to the edge of the forest is furnished with spacious tables and sufficient seating for 20 people. A 1.30 metre TV and a radio with CD player are also set up in the living and dining area. Three further TV sets are located in three bedrooms.

The historical and touristic town of Monschau is within walking distance of 1.2 km. Shopping facilities such as Aldi, DM, Lidl, Real and Kaufland can be reached in the neighbouring town of Imgenbroich in 10 minutes by car. Doctors and a hospital are 6-8 km away in the town of Simmerath. Various hiking trails and cycle paths can be reached in a short time
