This detached holiday home for four to five people is located in a child-friendly holiday park in De Panne-Adinkerke.The south-facing fully enclosed garden is an ideal cocoon for unwinding.
The enclosed south-facing garden is an oasis of calm with a lovely covered terrace (2022) table and chairs. Two sun loungers with cushions are at your disposal. A lounge area has been created (2018) so you can quietly enjoy an aperitif in the evening sun. The hoover and other cleaning utensils such as a brush, mop, chamois, sponge and buckets, as well as the cleaning products, can be found in the outdoor storage area. Here you will also find the bbq. The holiday home also has a fixed parking space G5
This holiday home offers you on the ground floor a living room with a cosy sitting area, with a comfortable lounge and fireplace (a basket with wood is provided in the spring and autumn period), TV with satellite dish for all German channels as well as digital TV with NEtflix, DVD player, radio with CD player and board games for young and old, also tourist information has been thought of. Free WIFI is available. Furthermore, there is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fruit juice press, kettle and egg boiler, Senseo coffee machine, toaster and further kitchen utensils such as glasses, crockery, cutlery, pans, bowls, etc. Near the kitchen there is a spacious dining area for six people. There is a separate toilet, the walk-in shower with rain shower and thermostatic tap has been completely renewed (2015) In the downstairs room there is a washbasin with hairdryer, as well as an extra single bed. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Storage cupboards with extra blankets, duvets and pillows can be found in the hallway. Storage cupboards are also provided in the double bedroom. All beds have pillows and there are one duvet for the double bed and four duvets for single beds. The house has air conditioning, one unit downstairs and one upstairs. The unit provides heating in winter and cooling in summer.
There is a communal heated swimming pool open in July and August under the supervision of a lifeguard. There is also a football pitch and a playground for children. Less than 1.5 km away is the Plopsaland amusement park. From 1 April 2015, Plopsaqua also opened, which is a large indoor swimming pool with all kinds of side activities that are very attractive in less nice weather for young and old. There are also two supermarkets, a few restaurants, bakery, bus, tram and train within a radius of 1.5 km. The beach is just under three kilometres away, either towards the French border (Calmeynbos) or towards the seawall De Panne. De Panne is a lively town with various activities throughout the year. Exploring the area by bike is fun, rental info can be found in the welcome basket. You are close to the French border. Just outside the holiday park there is a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Historical cities in the area are Veurne five kilometres, Diksmuide 25 km, Ypres 30 km and Bruges about 50 km, of the latter there is a booklet available in German.
There is a welcome pack containing toilet paper and kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, sponge and washing-up liquid, a rubbish bag and a PMD bag (for paper, metal and drink containers) from the town of De Panne, as well as a list of useful telephone numbers. For toddlers, there is a cot and a high chair that can be adjusted according to age.
