What to expect in Sa Bassa: The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, central heating, air conditioning in the living room and in some bedrooms, private swimming pool, open-air parking near the building, 1 TV, tv satellite, radio.
In the electric open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
What is in the villa? Bed linen and towels are provided for guests.
In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil.
Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored.
If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself.
In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival.
If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT! The guest is obliged to take out damage insurance through the agency to cover risks up to 5.000€ on the object.
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax.

Schöne Finca in es Llombards. Sehr gute Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer sowie der gesamten Räume.
