The lake, the beaches and the water sports. The beaches of Lake Trasimeno where, apart from enjoying the hot summer sun, you can also do water sports like sailing and wind-surfing, are visible from the house and only a short drive away.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden shaded by ancient olive trees equipped with garden furniture, table tennis and there is a beautiful swimming pool (5 x 12 m, depth 1,20-2,00 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) with a wonderful view.

On both sides of the house there are two large first floor terraces with a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno and can be used for al fresco eating or as a sun terrace.
