Holidays for the whole family: agriturismo with a balcony and a terrace, near a river bank, ideal for cycling and jogging, near Lake Garda and just 7km from Gardaland
The property is located 200 metres from the banks of the Mincio River and only about 5km from Lake Garda.
The agriturismo was established following the restoration of a historic country house. The characteristic country style of the original building was preserved during the restoration work, using natural materials. The holiday apartments have modest and simple interiors and all feature exposed beams.
The shared outside area provides a furnished balcony, a roofed and furnished terrace, and a small lawn area, so that guests can enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful surroundings. The balcony affords a view of the Mincio River. The property has covered and open car parking spaces.
What is particularly interesting for families with children and active sports enthusiasts is the Gardaland leisure park, only about 7 km from the agriturismo. There are also nature parks and the “Canevaworld” leisure park, with various themed areas, including a large water park, offering a variety of fun experiences and activities for all ages. For relaxation, you can visit the thermal baths at Sirmione. The location by the river offers the unique opportunity to get directly from the agriturismo to Mantua without a car, along the around 40-km-long cycle path. This path is of course also ideal for jogging. Those who prefer leisurely activities can go fishing by the river.
A gravel track leads from the agriturismo directly to the river about 200 metres away. The nearest grocery shops are about 100 metres away. From the agriturismo it is easy to get to a number of trip destinations by car: Lake Garda and Peschiera del Garda (4km), Gardaland (7km), the nature park “Parco Natura Viva di Pastrengo” (15km), the “Canevaworld” leisure park (10km), the landscape park “Parco Sigurta di Valeggio” (5km), Sirmione with thermal baths (29km), Verona (30km), Mantua (33km), Venice and Milan (about 140km).
The holiday flat is located on the first floor and consists of a large living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The large living space is divided into a living and dining area. In the living area, a sofa corner with television invites you to linger; in the evening, the sofa can be converted into a sleeping area for two. The dining area with table and kitchenette allows for cooking and eating together: the equipment with gas cooker, oven and dishwasher fulfils every wish and the dining table for six is ready for a perfect dinner. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other with a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and, thanks to the window, fresh air and natural light. The flat is also equipped with air conditioning, television and Wi-Fi.
The 30-square-metre balcony in front of the holiday flat, with its beautiful view of the river valley, offers additional relaxation and is exclusively available to guests.
