Information about the host
The apartments are ideally located, only approx. 200 m away from the Festspielhaus - right in the city center - in just a few minutes walk you can reach the spa district with the thermal baths, the old castle and the new castle, the casino in the Kurhaus, the congress house, the Kunsthalle, the Frieder Burda Museum and other sights. And directly adjacent to the Schlossberg with its beautiful forests, which are ideal for hiking and resting.

For families and couples for vacation and spa vacation. 2 apartments, "Family" and "Maisonette", are certified with 4 stars by the DTV (German Tourism Association), 2 apartments, "Royal" and "Classic", are certified with 3 stars.
All apartments are lovingly furnished and equipped with lots of kitchen technology: stove with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, etc., as well as with TV and WIFI. There is 1 parking space in the yard available free of charge for each apartment.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if he cancels within the last 29 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
The prices of the visitor's tax is not included and has to be payed on arrival. 3,80 Euro per person a night.

Important payment information and other conditions
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 25% of the total price as reservation. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors´ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
