Welcome to the historic 4-star boutique hotel Heliopark Bad Hotel zum Hirsch! We invite you to forget the stress of daily life for the duration of your stay and to enjoy complete relaxation. With sophisticated interiors and art nouveau furniture in all 71 rooms and suites, modern technical equipment and great facilities, we are pleased to welcome you to our hotel. We will indulge you with our extensive daily breakfast buffet in the "La Galerie" restaurant. Our restaurant terrace means you can enjoy breakfast outside when the weather is fine! Of course, with prior notice and for a small extra charge we can also serve breakfast to your room. We are always happy to welcome you to our Lobby Bar for a cozy afternoon coffee, and in the evenings for a fine drink at the hotel bar - our service team is looking forward to welcoming you!With the exception of our unique cigar lounge, you will be staying in a completely no-smoking hotel. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the hotel. In addition, the bathrooms in the majority of our rooms and suites offer their own thermal water connection: So you can bathe "at home".As a guest, you are the focus of our daily activity - we look forward to welcoming you!

Check-in and check-out regulation
Your arrival is possible from 03.00 p.m. until 00.00. Our hotel reception is open 24 hours. If you should arrive after 11.00 p.m. or after midnight, please contact us by e-mail. In case of your arrival before 03.00 p.m., we will be happy to inquire about the earlier availability of your room or keep your luggage safe at the hotel reception until 03.00 p.m. Out of consideration for newly arriving guests, the return of your room by 12.00 noon is binding. We will be happy to check on your request whether a late departure is possible and whether a surcharge is payable for this.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information
Unless otherwise noted, the mentioned rates do not include visitor's tax and are payable to your host on-site. For information on the tourist tax amount as well as on reductions or remissions (e.g. business-driven stays) please have a look at https://www.baden-baden.com/en/guest-card respectively contact your host or the tourist information team. Important payment information and other conditions
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
