Die gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss. Die Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen. Im kombinierten Wohn- und Schlafzimmer gibt es 1 Einzelbett und 2 Doppelschlafsofas, einen Fernseher und einen Esstisch. Die Küchenzeile ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt brauchen kann: Mikrowelle, Herd und Backofen, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. In der Wohnung gibt es Wireless Lan, außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine.
