Information about the host
The flat is only 3 minutes away from the shores of Lake Constance, where you can also swim in the lake. Furthermore, the flat is located on the Lake Constance cycle path, which offers many excursion possibilities. The island is easily accessible on foot or by city bus. There is a bus stop very close by. Since last season, journeys on the city bus are included in the visitor's tax for our guests. In addition to Lake Constance, the nearby Alps also offer numerous leisure activities. Boating, swimming, water skiing, cycling, hiking, climbing, skiing or just relaxing - the Lake Constance region has it all. We have provided an information folder with excursion destinations for you in the flat. If you are travelling by car, you can park your car free of charge. The Lindau city bus and the favourable location within walking distance make you mobile even without a car. Enjoy your holiday! We are certified for 2 persons. Children or additional persons are welcome on request and for an extra charge. Dogs are also very welcome. Please do not leave them alone in the flat and for reasons of hygiene they should not lie or sleep on the sofa or bed.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

Description of the accommodation
Wenn Sie unsere modern eingerichtete Wohnung betreten, werden Sie merken, dass diese sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Kabelfernsehen, eine komplette Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, sowie eine Terrasse mit kleinem Garten sorgen für einen Aufenthalt ohne Entbehrungen. In dem modernen und hellen Bad finden Sie eine Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche vor. Die Wohnung liegt nur 3 Minuten vom Bodenseeufer entfernt, wo sich auch eine Möglichkeit zum Baden im See befindet. Des Weiteren liegt die Wohnung am Bodenseeradwanderweg, welcher Ihnen viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bietet. Die Insel ist bequem zu Fuß oder per Stadtbus erreichbar. Eine Haltestelle befindet sich ganz in der Nähe. Seit der letzten Saison sind Fahrten mit dem Stadtbus für unsere Gäste mit der Kurtaxe inklusive. Neben dem Bodensee bieten auch die nahe gelegenen Alpen zahlreiche Freizeitangebote. Schifffahren, Schwimmen, Wasserski, Radfahren, Wandern, Klettern, Skifahren oder die Seele baumeln lassen - all das bietet Ihnen die Bodenseeregion. Eine Infomappe mit Ausflugszielen haben wir in der Wohnung für Sie bereitgelegt. Wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, können Sie den Wagen direkt vor der Haustür parken. Der Lindauer Stadtbus sowie die günstige fußläufige Lage machen Sie auch ohne Auto mobil. Zur Standardausstattung der Ferienwohnung gehören: Komfort-Wohnzimmer inkl. 1,8 m breiter Schlafcouch, separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, Bad, Dusche und WC, Südterrasse mit kleinem Garten, Kabelfernsehen, Kellerraum für Fahrräder. In den Preisen sind die Endreinigung, Strom, Wasser und Heizungskosten enthalten.
