Information about the host
Our cosy house is located on the edge of the forest, surrounded by greenery and with a view of the Alps. On the sunny terrace you can relax or spend a cosy evening with a barbecue. For your children we have our own playground (swing, slide, sandpit). On rainy days you can go to Lufti, about 20 km away, and on sunny days to Ravensburger Spieleland. The property offers enough space for your pet to run around, on request we can also provide you with an outdoor enclosure for small pets. A paradise for your pets. Your own car park is located directly in front of the flat. The city bus takes you to every part of Lindau every half hour. With the free guest card you can use it free of charge and save on expensive parking fees. The guest card also offers other benefits such as discounted admission to various sights and much more. Not only Lake Constance invites you to swim, the nearby Deggersee also offers the opportunity to swim, fish and enjoy good food with a beautiful view even in spring. Check-in and check-out regulation
Arrival from 2 pm, departure 10 am. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to discuss the arrival time.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

Description of the accommodation
Unsere Ferienwohnung ist ca. 60 qm groß und verfügt über eine moderne, komplett eingerichtete Wohnküche. Diese beinhaltet u.a. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine (auch Senseo), Wasserkocher, Brotschneidemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr, Handtücher u.v.m. In unserem Essercker haben Sie genügend Platz für die ganze Familie. Einen Kinderhochstuhl stellen wir Ihnen bei Bedarf gerne zur Verfügung. Für einen gemütlichen Abend vor dem großen Fernseher lädt Sie die Couch sowie die zwei Sessel ein. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei getrennte Schlafräume, mit zwei Einzel- sowie einem Doppelbett und jeweils einem Kleiderschrank. Ein Babybett kann bei bedarf gerne zugestellt werden.
