Unser Haus ist in ruhiger Lage unmittelbar am Wald und der Rodelbahn gelegen. Die dazugehörige Terrasse bietet Ihnen mit Südhanglage und einem sehr schönen Ausblick Gelegenheit zur Entspannung. Der Zugang zu Spazier- und Wanderwegen und Langlauf-Loipen liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Ein umfassendes Wellnes-und Freizeitangebot können Sie in der näheren Umgebung wahrnehmen.Weitere Informationen dazu erhalten Sie über www.hochschwarzwald.de. Auf Anfrage stellen wir Ihnen gern Nordic-Walking-Stöcke oder Schlitten zur Verfügung. In ca. 15 Minuten erreichen Sie zu Fuß den Bahnhof und die Ortsmitte (3 Min. mit dem Auto).

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

The studio apartment "Ferienhaus Rotzinger" in Hinterzarten is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 40 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a fully-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating as well as a smart TV with streaming services.
