This detached, fenced in, Provencal holiday house is quietly located in between Saint-Tropez and Cogolin.
Additionally, there is a sun terrace and a covered patio where you can sunbathe or dine al fresco. The garden has old pine trees. You will also find an outdoor shower, a carport and a car parking space on the property. The 650 m² is fenced in. There is a communal pool (10 x 20m) with a kids’ pool, as well as a tennis court about 80 metres from the house, both free of charge.
The ground-level house with high ceilings has three comfortably furnished bedrooms and two shower rooms with toilets. The first bedroom is furnished with a French double bed (160 x 200cm), the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm) and the third bedroom has two children's single beds (90 x 190cm). The kitchen is equipped with an oven with a grill, a microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The living room features an open fireplace and has an adjoining dining room, along with wireless Internet access. The washing machine and dryer are located in the outdoor kitchen, where you can also find a big barbecue and a large refrigerator.
2km from the house there is a beautiful new 9-hole golf course with a restaurant. In Beauvallon 5km from the house is an old golf course with 18 holes. It is about 1km to the locality, the nearest shops and the beach and about 2km to the harbour Port Cogolin. It is about 3km to the sandy beach in the bay of St. Tropez and 5km to St. Tropez itself. The nearest airport is 80km away.
