Breathe in the fresh mountain air, feel the silence, enjoy the mountain panorama and discover the tranquility of Berchtesgaden. - We offer you a beautiful vacation apartment in a quiet location, a little away from the hustle and bustle with a wonderful view of the Untersberg.Our house is located at 950 m altitude on the hiking trail to the Roßfeld Panoramastraße. It has a large garden and is the perfect starting point for long walks and mountain tours.We are located slightly away from the center of Berchtesgaden and are easily accessible by car. The center as well as other excursion destinations can be reached in a few minutes drive (center: 10km, Königssee 14km, Salzburg 25km).

Wir heißen Johanna und Josef Kurz , betreiben eine Landwirtschaft mit Mutterkuhhaltung im Nebenerwerb und arbeiten als PTA in einer Apotheke und als Schlosser bei der Königssee-Schifffahrt.

Description of the accommodation
The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers 60 square meters of space for 2-3 people. A large bedroom with a comfortable double bed (2mx 1.80m) ensures a restful sleep. In addition, there is a room with a single bed (2mx2m). A bright kitchen-living room with a cozy sitting area, couch, TV and fully equipped kitchenette (stove with oven, refrigerator, toaster, etc.) offers optimal conditions for self-catering.In the bathroom there is a sink, shower and toilet. On the terrace or lawn you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening. For children there is a swing, sandbox and slide, parking is possible right next to the house.

Vom Haus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Gastgeber waren absolut freundlich und Informativ. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Man hatte schöne Sitzgelegenheiten um die Landschaft zu genießen. Wir konnten von der Unterkunft direkt auf Wanderwegen die gekennzeichnet sind losgehen. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt.
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen!

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, gastlich und jederzeit ansprechbar bei Fragen. Die Umgebung, wie die Unterkunft waren gemütlich, einladend zum Sammeln von Kraft, Ruhe, Frieden. Spaziergänge, Ausblicke, Ländlichkeit waren für uns wundervoll. Und über die zahlreichen Möglichkeiten in und um Berchtesgaden brauchen wir nicht zu reden.

Johanna and her husband were very kind and welcoming. The apartment was amazing. Clean, bright and exactly what we were looking for, high in the Alps with spectacular views, and "The Hills" are alive! Just minutes from Austria and so many things to do in Berchtesgaden. Wedefinitely recommend this lovely place to stay.
