Information about the host
Our holiday flats are situated in an idyllic, peaceful location above Aschau, on the edge of the forest, with a magnificent panoramic view of the Kampenwand. Beautiful cycling and walking trails, as well as cross-country ski trails, start right outside the house. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the centre and the paediatric orthopaedic clinic. Our healthy, solid-timber house features 6 spacious (64 sq m) holiday flats, high-quality natural timber furniture and underfloor heating in the natural stone shower. The holiday flats have spacious south-facing terraces or balconies. Cots, high chairs and changing tables are available free of charge. Large play and sunbathing area. Table tennis table, climbing wall, large trampoline. Bicycle garage, barbecue area, sledge hire free of charge. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the house. Dogs are permitted for a fee in four flats: No. I (ground floor), II (ground floor), IV (first floor) and VI (top floor); dogs are not permitted in flats III (first floor) and V (top floor). Partially accessible for disabled guests / wheelchair users; please check before booking whether the flat is suitable for your disability.

If you have more than one dog, please phone your host before or after booking to check whether this is possible. The prices quoted are exclusive of tourism tax, which is €2.00 per person/night. For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is €1.80 per person/night. Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax for the municipality of Aschau i. Ch. directly to your host.

Das Haus mit sechs Ferienwohnungen liegt abseits vom Ort und bietet so ein traumhaftes Panorama vom Balkon aus: Blick auf Aschau und die Berglandschaft.
Ausgestattet war die Ferienwohnung mit ausreichend Platz, einer gut sortierten Küche (warum fehlen in Ferienwohnungen nur immer Scheren?) und bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
Das Haus ist in zauberhafter Lage, der Aufenthalt super angeneh

Wir hatten einen sehr großen Raum, bei Regenwetter mit Kind ideal. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns sehr wohl im Haus und Umgebung
z.B. verlockende Angebote ( Kletterwand am Haus, Brötchenservice ) nicht erlebt,
Transfer möglich, aber sehr ungern
Super Lage für Urlaub mit Hund.
