A warm welcome to the house Oberleiten. Our house is located in a quiet and sunny south-facing slope below the Soleleitungsweg at about 800 meters. An ideal starting point for many beautiful hikes.Enjoy relaxing days on the balcony of your apartment or the garden in a magnificent mountain setting with views of Watzmann, Hochkalter and Reiteralpe. We would be happy to welcome you soon as our guests. Please note that we are a non-smoking house.

Arrival Description
Freeway A8 Munich- Salzburg until exit Siegsdorf/Traunstein, continue on B306 direction Berchtesgaden, via Inzell, Weißbach until Unterjettenberg, from there on B305 via Gasthaus Wachterl and Gasthof Hindenburglinde direction Ramsau center. Drive past the Hochschwarzeck turnoff until you reach the "Auf der Reiten" turnoff/bus stop, turn left here. Then follow the first driveway on the right side for about 500 m until you reach "Haus Oberleiten".
Description of the accommodation
Our house is located on a quiet and sunny south-facing slope at around 800 metres above sea level above the Ramsau Valley below the Soleleitungsweg trail. It is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes in the mountaineering village of Ramsau with the Berchtesgaden National Park.
The apartment is approx. 46 square metres in size and is divided into a kitchen-diner with a dining area that was redesigned in 2022, a bedroom that was also completely refurbished in 2022, and a spacious bathroom. The approx. 10 square metre balcony offers a magnificent view of the Berchtesgaden mountains. The comfortably furnished accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher, satellite TV, electric stove with oven and ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc. The apartment is located on the first floor and has its own entrance. Guest WiFi, good winter access and parking are available. Please note that we are a non-smoking house and do not accept pets. The "Auf der Reiten" bus stop for the free hiking bus is only 220 metres away.
