A warm welcome to the house Oberleiten. Our house is located in a quiet and sunny south-facing slope below the Soleleitungsweg at about 800 meters. An ideal starting point for many beautiful hikes.Enjoy relaxing days on the balcony of your apartment or the garden in a magnificent mountain setting with views of Watzmann, Hochkalter and Reiteralpe. We would be happy to welcome you soon as our guests. Please note that we are a non-smoking house.

Arrival Description
Freeway A8 Munich- Salzburg until exit Siegsdorf/Traunstein, continue on B306 direction Berchtesgaden, via Inzell, Weißbach until Unterjettenberg, from there on B305 via Gasthaus Wachterl and Gasthof Hindenburglinde direction Ramsau center. Drive past the Hochschwarzeck turnoff until you reach the "Auf der Reiten" turnoff/bus stop, turn left here. Then follow the first driveway on the right side for about 500 m until you reach "Haus Oberleiten".

Description of the accommodation
The cozy, well-maintained non-smoking apartment has a size of 46 sqm and is divided into living room-kitchen, bedroom and spacious bathroom. The 10 sqm balcony offers you a wonderful view of the Berchtesgaden mountains. The comfortably furnished apartment is equipped with dishwasher, satellite TV, electric stove with oven and ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc..
