Information about the host
The guesthouse is located directly on the lake and has its own bathing beach with jetty, large recreational and sunbathing lawn, a bicycle garage and car parking spaces directly at the house. All apartments are located on the second floor - each with its own balcony and direct or lateral view of Lake Chiemsee.Shopping facilities and inn in the village are within walking distance.No pets.Smoking is not allowed in our accommodation units.

The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of EUR 1.00 per person/night for adults. Persons up to the age of 16 as well as severely disabled persons (degree of disability from 90) and accompanying persons of severely disabled persons (mark B) are free of spa fees.From 01.01.2024 the spa fee is EUR 1,50.

Arrival Description
Gollenshausen is located between Gstadt and Seebruck directly at the Chiemsee. Approach via the freeway Munich-Salzburg: Exit Bernau - Prien - Gstadt - Gollenshausen. Or via the German vacation road Alpen-Ostsee (Ebersberg, Wasserburg, Seebruck, Gollenshausen). The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee.

Description of the accommodation
The apartment is located on the second floor and has a living-bedroom, a kitchenette, a shower, a toilet and a balcony belonging to the apartment with lake and mountain view and sun until about noon. The access to the balcony is through the hallway. The apartment is non-smoking.
