Information about the host Country house on a large plot in a very quiet and sunny location on the Prien.
We are the penultimate house on the Wiesengrundstraße with a marvellous view of the mountain panorama of Aschau im Chiemgau, with the Kampenwand and Zellerhorn.
From the front door, you can take wonderful walks along the Prien river and towards the Bärnsee nature reserve.
For those who want to go higher: countless beautiful hiking tours can be hiked or you can take the Kampenwand cable car and gondola up to the Kampenwand.
The village with its shopping facilities, restaurants and railway station is about 10 minutes' walk away.
For visitors to the Orthopaedic Children's Clinic: only a short walk to the Orth.
Children's Clinic via a gravel path.
Dogs and pets are not allowed.
We rent out two holiday flats for 2 persons each with a separate bedroom and in our adjoining house "Ferienwohnungen Haus Wiesengrund" four holiday flats for 4 persons each with one or two separate bedrooms. terms/extras tourism tax / plus tourism tax The prices quoted are exclusive of tourism tax, which is EUR2.00 per person/night.
For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is EUR1.80 per person/night.
Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax.
You pay the local tax for the municipality of Aschau i.

Arrival Description By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn.
Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Bernau and immediately turn left at Gasthof Kampenwand into Wiesengrundstraße.
Follow the road for approx. 750 m, last house on the left.
Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, approx. 50 m after crossing the railway track, at Gasthof Kampenwand, turn right into Wiesengrundstraße.
Follow the road for approx. 750 m, last house on the left.
By train: Munich-Salzburg train connection - from Prien station to Aschau with the Chiemgaubahn.
Description of the accommodation Non-smoking holiday flat 45 m2 on the 1st floor with east-facing balcony.
Living room with cosy couch, flat-screen satellite TV, radio and dining area.
Separate small kitchen with two-ring hob and small oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
Separate bedroom with two separate single beds.
Bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer.
Dogs and pets are not allowed.
On request, a double room for one person, with a bed 1.40 x 2 m, without shower/WC can be booked in addition to the holiday flat.
The room is located outside the flat, one door away.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super; direkt am Ende der Straßegelegen. Es war so ruhig. Besonders gut hat uns der morgendliche Ausblick vom Balkon aus auf die Kampenwand gefallen.

Wir waren zu Gast im Gästehaus Wiesengrund, ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgebern.
Die Lage ist traumhaft, Freizeitangebot ist hervorragend, …was will man mehr?
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
