The holiday flat "Bettina" is located in the quiet and green Lofer Park. Due to the direct connection to the hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing trails, as well as the convenient bus connection, it is also a good idea to give your vehicle a break. If you are looking for some distance from everyday life, then this is the right place for you! Here you will find relaxation and variety in the midst of a natural mountain world in the Bavarian Alps. Enjoy the closeness to nature and discover the countless hiking trails and cross-country ski runs around the beautiful Lofer river basin and its floodplains. The centre of Reit im Winkl, with its numerous restaurants and shopping facilities, can be easily reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The ski bus stop is also located directly in front of the house, which allows you a car-free journey to the skiing area.

This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free or discounted services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. Laut Wikipedia wird das Prädikat Luftkurort an "Ortschaften vergeben, deren Luft und Klima laut einem Gutachten Eigenschaften aufweisen, die für Erholung und Gesundheit förderlich sind. Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk „Bayerische Alpen“ zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen, bestimmt.Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt.

By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.

The "Bettina" flat in the beautiful Reit im Winkler district of Groißenbach is located in the Lofer Park southeast of the village centre in a sunny location and offers space for up to seven people. The comfortable, lovingly furnished flat impresses above all with its spacious south-facing terrace, which invites you to linger at any time. The dining area, furnished in classic Bavarian country house style, is connected to the modern, fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, a comfortable seating area invites you to social evenings or to relax. A flat-screen TV with cable connection and a stereo system complete the equipment. While the smaller bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe, the larger one is equipped with three single beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washing machine and dryer. In addition, two parking spaces are available for guests in the underground garage.

Die Wohnung war besonders gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Terasse ist wunderschön und die Betten gemütlich. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, sodass wir diese Ferienwohung jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

Das Objekt hat zwar nur ein "richtiges" Schlafzimmer, aber als Familie ist das kein Problem gewesen, auch der Schafraum im Keller ist völlig in Ordnung.
