Located near the centre of Reit im Winkl, the "Sturm" holiday flat is on the upper floor of the quiet "Haus Alpenland" apartment complex and is suitable for a maximum of four people. Like the rest of the apartment, the living room is furnished in a modern style and has a dining area and a cosy double sofa bed. The separate bedroom is furnished with a rustic double bed and farmhouse wardrobe and is separated from the living room by a sliding door. The kitchenette in the hallway has a fridge and two-plate cooker and offers all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. The renovated bathroom has a toilet and a shower. The large furnished balcony offers a beautiful view and invites you to linger on sunny days. In addition, guests have cable TV, W-LAN, a sauna, a lounge and a ski room at their disposal. In the immediate vicinity there is an outdoor swimming pool, an umbrella bar and an access to the ski bus. The centre of the village, as well as some shopping facilities, can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. Some of the best restaurants and cafés, as well as a variety of shops invite you to take a leisurely stroll through the village. Hikers will also get their money's worth here, as many of the trails start directly in the centre.

Reit im Winkl wurde 1956 zum Luftkurort ernannt und hat seitdem die Voraussetzungen für das Gutachten durch bemühen immer wieder erfüllt. Zum einen die Höhenlage, die dafür sorgt, dass die Sommerhitze gemäßigt und die Nächte angenehm kühl bleiben. Der Ort ist umgeben von ausgedehnten Bergwäldern der Chiemgauer Alpen und ist zum Großklima dem Klimabezirk „Bayerische Alpen“ zuzurechnen. Der Witterungscharakter wird entscheidend durch die Gegebenheiten, das heißt durch den Einfluss der Gebirgszüge und der Taleinschnitte auf das Wettergeschehen, bestimmt.Neben den natürlichen Voraussetzungen für gute Luft kümmern wir uns aktiv mit der Naturwärme oder reichlich Bus-Angeboten darum, dass uns die gute Bergluft erhalten bleibt.

Arrival Description
By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the "Inntaldreieck" and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest train station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich Airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg Airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.

Die nahe dem Zentrum von Reit im Winkl gelegene Ferienwohnung "Sturm" befindet sich im Obergeschoss des ruhigen "Haus Alpenland" und eignet sich für maximal vier Personen. Das Wohnzimmer ist wie der Rest des Apartments in modernem Stil eingerichtet und verfügt über einen Essbereich und ein gemütliches Doppelbett-Schlafsofa. Das separate Schlafzimmer ist mit einem großen Doppelbett und Bauernschrank ausgestattet und durch eine Schiebetür vom Wohnraum getrennt. Die Küchenzeile verfügt über einen Kühlschrank und einen Zwei-Plattenherd und ist komplett ausgestattet. Im renovierten Bad befindet sich ein WC und eine Dusche. Der große möblierte Balkon bietet eine großartige Aussicht auf das wunderschöne Bergpanorama und lädt an sonnigen Tagen zum Verweilen ein. Zudem stehen unseren Gästen Kabel-TV, W-LAN, eine Sauna, ein Aufenthaltsraum und ein Ski-Raum - auch für Fahrräder - zur Verfügung. Haustiere sind hier herzlich willkommen! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich die Tourist-Info mit der Ski-Bus-Haltestelle zur Winklmoosalm, sowie der Einstieg zum Loipennetz, und die Schirmbar.
