The hiking paradise with well-maintained hiking trails is located at an altitude of 695 m and unique sights such as Lake Chiemsee, Salzburg and Munich are within easy reach. The bus stop to the new gondola lift and to the family skiing area- Winklmoos-Alm-Steinplatte is only a 3-minute walk away. The cross-country skiing trails are only a few metres away from Haus Alpchalet. You can customise your well-deserved holiday with the versatile offer such as the varied children's programme, guided hikes, as well as numerous events. Enjoy the mountain view in the sunny Alpchalet in a quiet but central location of Reit im Winkl. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Benz- Eck ski lifts. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. Leave the motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg at the exit Bernau and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there in the direction of Reit im Winkl. Arriving in Reit im Winkl directly at the tourist information at the maypole turn into Frühlingstr. 4.

Description of the accommodation
Unsere 62 qm große, gemütliche, Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett 180x200) sowie einen komfortablen Wohnraum mit Eß – und Sofaecke. Das Sofa kann bei Bedarf aufgebettet werden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Genießen sie den herrlichen Bergblick auf unseren beiden möblierten Balkonen. Der zum Haus gehörende Parkplatz ist von der Wohnung aus einsehbar. Im Skikeller mit Skischuhtrockner können Sie ihre Ski, Schlitten und Skischuhe zum trocknen einstellen.
