Our family-run "Haus Christina" is located in the climatic health resort Reit im Winkl in the heart of the Chiemgau. A quiet location and a fantastic view of the Kaiser Mountains await you in our extensively renovated and newly furnished non-smoking flats. Our 3 lovingly, cosily and comfortably furnished holiday flats offer space for 2 to 4 people. All flats are equipped with flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo system. A room safe is available in each flat for your valuables. From our balconies you have an unrestricted view of the Kaisergebirge, Reit im Winkl and the surrounding mountains. Enjoy our wonderful landscape while having breakfast on the balcony. From our house it is only a few minutes' walk to all shopping and leisure facilities (mini golf, open-air swimming pool, Kneipp facility...) as well as to the local restaurants and the festival hall. Arrival Description
Leave the motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg at the exit Bernau and turn left in the direction of Grassau - Marquartstein and from there in the direction of Reit im Winkl. From the church drive straight ahead into Hausbachweg, at the end of the road turn right into Birnbacherstr. and follow this road for approx. 100 m. Before you drive up the hill towards Birnbach, turn left into Sommerpointweg. There you will find our guesthouse at the end of the street on the left side.

Description of the accommodation
Our extensively renovated, cosy, lovingly and comfortably refurbished flat Bergblick is located on the 1st floor. From your south-east facing balcony you have a beautiful view of Reit im Winkl and the surrounding mountains. The cosily furnished living room with a corner bench and a comfortable couch is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and stereo system. The separate small kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle). Delicious delicacies can be prepared there. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (adjustable slatted frames and intervertebral disc mattresses). Bed linen and towels are provided.

The flat is lovingly furnished and seasonally decorated.
