Haus Bergidyll, nestled in the beautiful setting of Reit im Winkl in Chiemgau, offers you a lovingly furnished holiday flat where even allergy sufferers can enjoy their holiday without any problems. High-quality parquet, tiles, PVC and cork have been used to furnish the floors. Of course, the beds are also allergy-friendly. The 50sqm non-smoking flat will leave you wanting for nothing and nothing will stand in the way of your feel-good holiday. Enjoy the sun in our large garden with sunbathing lawn, which also invites you to sociable barbecue evenings. We are happy to provide our garden shed for this purpose. On the large south-facing balcony, which belongs only to your holiday flat, you can enjoy a champagne breakfast in the morning sun (the champagne awaits you well chilled in the fridge). It is only a 10-minute walk to the centre of the village. Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes. The entrance to the cross-country skiing trails is directly opposite. The bus stop for the local bus (traffic only in winter) is 30 m away.

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather events.In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.

Arrival Description
By car to Reit im Winkl: Coming from Munich on the A 8 motorway, take the Grabenstätt exit. From there take the Bundesstraße 305 (German Alpine Road) to Reit im Winkl (27km). The Inntal motorway offers an alternative. Turn off shortly before Rosenheim at the Inntaldreieck and drive to the Oberaudorf exit. From there, take the Austrian federal road 172 to Reit im Winkl. Coming from Salzburg, take the motorway (A 8) to the Inzell-Ruhpolding exit and continue via Ruhpolding to Reit im Winkl. By train to Reit im Winkl: The nearest railway station is in Prien am Chiemsee. From here you have the best bus connections (RVO bus line 9505) to Reit im Winkl. By plane: Munich airport is approx. 140 km and Salzburg airport approx. 70 km from Reit im Winkl.
