Information about the host In the most beautiful days of the year, you will find the relaxation you are looking for in our beautiful, cozy and family-friendly vacation apartment surrounded by meadows and forests.
Our apartment not far from Waging am See is the ideal starting point for extensive bike tours around Lake Waging or leisurely hikes in the Chiemgau Alps, which are only a stone's throw away.
In summer, you can spend your days either swimming or pedal boating at Lake Waginger or sunbathing in the quiet garden.
For children, a swing and a variety of children's vehicles are available and the garden invites you to romp. terms/extras From 01.01.2022 the following new rates apply: Prices plus spa tax per person/night: June to September: adults from 16 years EUR 2.00, children 10 to 15 years EUR 1.00, children up to 9 years and severely disabled persons from 80% are free of spa tax.October to May: adults from 16 years EUR 1.00, children 10 to 15 years EUR 0.50, children up to 9 years and severely disabled persons from 80% are free of spa tax.
Arrival Description Coming from Traunstein, turn right at the traffic circle at the bypass in the direction of Teisendorf.
After 1.8 km turn right in the direction of Nirnharting.
In Nirnharting, from the center of the village, follow the Dorfstraße to the right until you reach Guggenberg.
Description of the accommodation Cozy, family-friendly holiday apartment for up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and a combined living / bedroom with large couch and flat screen TV.
The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a bathroom with shower.
It is located on the 1st floor of a detached house and is quietly situated in the middle of meadows and forests.

Wir hatten 4 tolle Tage in Waging am See. Die Ferienwohnung war von der Größe perfekt. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es gab überall Fliegengitter, so konnten die Fenster ohne Bedenken geöffnet sein. Viele Tipps der Gastgeber bzgl.Umgebung etc. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
