The Gästehaus beim Nuihausa is centrally located in the village centre for your holiday in Reit im Winkl. Our house has various rooms and holiday flats. The sauna and spa area are the flagship of the Gästehaus beim Nuihausa in Reit im Winkl. In modern alpine style, we offer our guests relaxation in a soothing atmosphere and relaxed flair. Experience nature, relaxation and wellness in one of the most beautiful valleys in Bavaria.
Due to the central location, all attractions and offers of the climatic health resort Reit im Winkl can be easily reached on foot. The entrance to the extensive cross-country skiing and hiking network, the bus connection to the Winklmoosalm/Steinplatte skiing area, as well as the open-air swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity. The well to comfortably furnished rooms and holiday flats offer a pleasant atmosphere.
The rustic breakfast room offers a pleasant atmosphere for a good start into the new holiday day. Our vital breakfast buffet is rich and varied. There is something for every taste and, on request, it is also available for diabetics and allergy sufferers. In fine weather, breakfast can also be taken on the sun terrace. From there you have a beautiful view of the mountains of Reit im Winkl and the surrounding area.
Our guesthouse offers a regional range of drinks, as well as a small selection of top Burgenland wines.
The lounge and the "house terrace" are ideal for sitting together in a cosy atmosphere.
Your advantage as our guest: We are a partner rental company/business of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card. This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free or discounted services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee. You also receive a 50% discount on the 3-hour ticket at Vita-Alpina in Ruhpolding.
We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts. This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (€1.00 contribution towards costs).

Reit im Winkl climatic health resort
According to Wikipedia, the title "climatic health resort" is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.
