Splendid villa, renovated in perfect Liberty style, 300 sq. m., ideal for 15 persons with 7 double bedrooms, a single room with sofa bed and 3 bathrooms.
The villa is in a large park with a bio-design swimming pool, featuring hydromassage.
There is also a furnished veranda for outdoor meals, a large terrace, barbecue, WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms, central heating and parking.

The unique swimming pool (8 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.5 m) has an “8” shape and features hydromassage.
It is a modern, bio-design pool, externally paved and complete with beach umbrellas and sunbeds, in a bright position just in front of the villa.
There are several relaxing areas, a covered veranda for outdoor meals, as well as two charming panoramic terraces overlooking the countryside, with outdoor furniture.
There is parking inside the property, accessible from a slightly uphill road lined with trees. Interior The villa is soberly furnished in classic style, with marble siding, decorations, and precious fabrics and furniture.
The house is on two floors plus an attic, with outdoor and indoor staircases.
The ground floor features a bright, spacious living room with precious Carrara marble siding, furnished with sofas, satellite TV and complete with thermo fireplace, piano and games table.
Next door is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, leading to the swimming pool and a small living room.
This floor also has a double bedroom, a bathroom with massaging shower, a room with a second fridge, a washing room with dryer.

Wirklich super zum Entspannen und runter kommen. Sehr ruhig, sehr privat. Schöner Pool der zum Relaxen und Abkühlen gut ist. Das Haus ist super schön, groß und war sauber. Unsere Kids hatten dort sehr viel Spaß! Ansonsten typisch italienisch…. Sehr guter Kontakt mit Roberto und Sandra.

The Villa was so beautiful. Each room was perfectly decorated and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. We truly enjoyed the pool with the jets and waterfall. Roberto was very welcoming and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
