Welcome to our amazing 3 large bedrooms each with its en-suite bathroom, 4 full bathrooms in total, beach villa in Chelem, 50 metres from the ocean. This Villa is a fantastic piece of architectonic design which is enhanced by the minimalist decoration. Ask us about monthly or mid term rentals rates.
The Villa has generous spaces, both outdoor and indoors, high ceilings and a breathtaking loft finished with glass panels and large windows. It is a perfect example of using the natural light and air circulation.
The Space
The ground-floor with an open concept, offers an inviting sitting area, a dining area separated from the kitchen by a bar, a storage space with all kitchen hardware and a storage space which is also the laundry room. Also on the ground floor you will find one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to the back patio and the swimming pool, through a small terrace. The dining area and the kitchen have sliding door access to the swimming-pool.
The fantastic loft offers a glimpse to the first floor, where you will find the Media/TV room with a couch, two recliners and a swing chair, the perfect place to enjoy your preferred series or movie. On the same floor, you will find the huge master bedroom, with a spacious walk-in closet and a very large en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The master bedroom has a larger terrace and beautiful sea views.
Also, on this floor, you will find the third bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, and a small balcony that offers views to the green lush garden and the sea.
The swimming pool has a pool bar with stools, for you to enjoy your drinks by the pool, in plastic glasses :-) The patio has a well maintained garden and a gate to the beach, which is less than 50 m away from Virasol.
Our Villa has a spacious closed parking for 3-4 cars and security cameras on its perimeter.

* Capacidad máxima 8 personas
* No se permiten mascotas bajo ninguna circunstancia
* Prohibido fumar dentro de la casa
* No dejar colillas en ningún área del jardín o cochera de la casa
* Mantener limpias el área de asador (no dejar cenizas) y jardín
* Enjuagarse antes de utilizar la piscina con la manguera.
* Evitar introducir arena a la casa, alberca o regaderas
* No comida dentro de la Alberca
* Evitar el uso excesivo de bloqueador
* Cualquier mal uso de la alberca que genere exceso de suciedad la limpieza será cubierta por los Inquilinos
* Al salir el refrigerador deberá quedar vacío.
* La basura generada por los inquilinos se deberá sacar martes y viernes para su recolección.
* Evita usar los climas en el día, utilízalos solo por las noches a la hora de dormir.
* Ayúdanos a mantener en buen estado la casa y así poder mantener nuestros precios.
Guest Access
Our guests shall have access to the whole property, no room shall be kept locked. You may as well complimentary use the kayak, assuming full responsibility for such an activity.
Interaction with Guests
You will have a dedicated Concierge, that will communicate with you after your booking is confirmed, and will send you all the needed details for your stay to be a most pleasant one.
The Neighborhood
This is a very private area of Chelem, 100% residential, with direct access to the National Road that will take you to the centre of Chelem, to shops and restaurants. It is only 4-5 minutes drive to Chelem Centro.
Getting Around
You will need to rent a car, which will help you explore more of the beautiful Coast of the Gulf of Mexico, between Sisal and Celestun to West and Progreso, Chicxulub Puerto, San Benito, San Crisanto to Rio Lagartos to the East, all these areas being famous for the stunningly beautiful flamingos, the mangroves with crocodiles, Las Coloradas, but also Ruta Puuc with famous Mayan Ruins.

● Your payment is managed by the platform, we do not get the payout until your reservations starts. Any doubts regarding payment please reach the platform.
● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. 5 kWh/day is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.** The Guests shall pay the extra consumption of electricity at cost, based on the 2 readings of the electricity meter.
