Casa Montebello: Your Exclusive Retreat Between the Olive Groves and the Sea
Are you dreaming of a holiday where the deep blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea meets the silver shimmer of ancient olive trees? Casa Montebello is a stunning independent villa located in Strettoia, on the hills of Pietrasanta. It is designed for those seeking space, privacy, and a view that stretches all the way to the horizon.
Modern Comfort & Authentic Charm
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it the perfect choice for large families or groups of friends:
4 Bedrooms & 4 Full Bathrooms: Generous spaces that ensure independence and privacy for everyone.
Air Conditioning: To guarantee a perfect night's sleep even during the warmest Italian summer nights.
Living Area: A fully equipped kitchen and a bright lounge that opens to the outdoors, creating a seamless flow between the house and nature.
A View Worth the Climb
Casa Montebello enjoys a privileged, dominant position. To reach this slice of paradise and its absolute peace, you will travel along a typical Tuscan hillside road. The drive is panoramic and, in some sections, narrow and steep—a small price to pay for being tucked away from the traffic and noise. It is this elevation that guarantees a refreshing breeze and a breathtaking panorama that will make you forget the world the moment you step out of your car.
Outdoor Living & BBQ Nights
The heart of the villa is undoubtedly the panoramic terrace, the ideal spot for unforgettable dinners under the stars.
New BBQ Area: Fire up the grill for a Mediterranean feast using local ingredients.
Fenced Garden: The private garden is completely enclosed, making it a safe haven for your four-legged friends to roam freely (we know they are part of the family!).
Strategic Location
Despite its quiet hillside setting, the villa is only a 10-15 minute drive from the golden beaches of Forte dei Marmi and the vibrant historic center of Pietrasanta. Known as the "Little Athens" of Versilia, Pietrasanta is world-renowned for its art galleries, marble studios, and elite dining.

✅ Stay Cool: Air conditioning for your comfort.
✅ Outdoor Fun: Dedicated BBQ area and large panoramic terrace.
✅ Pet Friendly: Fully fenced garden for a stress-free holiday with your pets.
