The building Alfa is situated on the Lido Pomposa a few steps from the sea and shops. It Is composed of 3 floors with elevator and two scales. On the ground floor there are apartments with private garden. Behind the building, there is a parking area for cars, not enough for all housing units in the peak periods. The nearby beach is private and to be paid; anche the free beach is at 300 meters from the structure.

Apartment on the second floor, in a small building, with elevator, consisting of living-room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a large balcony with partial sea view, a double bedroom, a room with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower . Communal parking (not enough for everyone). The house is equipped with TV and washing machine.
The accommodation is located about 50 meters from the private beach, a short walk from the center of Lido Pomposa, where during the evening you can stroll, visit the shops and spend hours in relaxing.

BEDS
The apartment has a maximum of 4 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed.

SERVICES ON REQUEST

Bed linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.
Bath linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.

ANIMAL HOSPITALITY
Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night. In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money.

BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING
Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.).
If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 90.00 will be charged.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 90.00.

TOURIST TAX
€ 0.50 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
