2-roomed apartment on the 1. floor, ca. 55 m2. Entrance, open kitchen with oven and dishwasher.
Nespresso coffee machine.
Bedroom with double bed and two single mattresses.
Bath/double sink/toilet.
Living/dining room with TV. Balcony with free view of the mountains and the lake.
Rustic and comfortable furnishing.
Laundry room for shared use on the 2nd basement floor in the underground car park.

Pets are not allowed. HOUSE DESCRIPTION Chesa Armonia Muntagnarda was built in 1977 in the Engadine style and is located on a quiet and sunny site with cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails near by. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot.
The cableway Corvatsch is in the neighbouring village Surlej.
During the season busses run every half hour in any direction.
A huge variety of sports can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.

Sehr gut eingerichtet.sogar vom Besitzer Bemerkungen,dass mann auch Lebensmittel mal was nehmen darf.warm Wasser kam erst nach 5min,bis dann hat man ja fertig geduscht.
