The small property SPOURGITIS is located on a shared nature property with olive trees, Mediterranean plants and flowers.
The 2 detached houses and a two-storey house with 2 holiday apartments are located one behind another and slightly offset, with a distance of approx. 10 m between each other.
The houses are located just above the fine and extensive beach of Peroulia, in a slight hillside situation.
The simply furnished holiday house SPOURGITIS 1 is slightly offset to the back, behind the holiday house SPOURGITIS 2, in a row with the holiday apartments SPOURGITIS 3 and 4.
It is on elevated ground floor, approx. 7 steps, and entry is via the terrace.
The 2 bedrooms and the shared bath are adjoining to the kitchen.
From the kitchen you have direct access to the roofed terrace with a partial sea view.
The extensive sandy beach of Peroulia with sunbeds and parasols is in walking distance and invites you to bath and relax.
The close-by picturesque village Koroni with its port scenery, taverns and cafés make a nice change from the quiet and secluded area around Peroulia.
Especially charming are also the towns of Pylos and Methoni on the western side of Messenia.
There are also many untouched beaches on the coastline between Koroni and Pylos.

Uns hat es sehr gut dort gefallen. Das Haus war idyllisch gelegen, die Ausstattung war zwar einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und immer sofort zur Stelle. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder dorthin fahren.

Chania
Nach 15 Jahren waren wir mal wieder in Kombi - Peroulia. Und es war genauso schön wie damals. Das Haus ist für 3-4 Personen perfekt und Familie Spourgitis schaute in wechselnder Besetzung auch manchmal vorbei. Jassu hat alles gut organisiert - Wiederholung in 15 Jahren ;-)

Hat uns gut gefallen. Netter Vermieter. In der Küche wäre mehr Stauraum von Vorteil. Vielleicht könnte man noch einen Schrank oder Regale anbringen. In den Schlafimmer wären ein paar Kleiderhaken und noch ein zusätzliches Regal für die Kleidung praktisch. Sonst alles perfekt, War ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
