The property belongs to Stöttham (1 km north of Chieming). It lies on the lake and is 18,000 square metres in size. The land is divided towards the lake: Forest (visually bordered), house, large meadow with individual fruit trees, ash hedge, cycle path, embankment, lakeshore (approx. 100 m wide). The shore area consists of a pebble beach, grass and bushes and is - by law - accessible to the general public; however, it is rarely used as it is not accessible to others by car. The lake is very shallow at this point (ideal for children!). It is an old wood/stone house, wood-shingled on the outside, panelled on the inside, wooden floors, built in 1900, approx. 75 sqm living space. Downstairs: Cosy living room with tiled stove and sitting area (approx. 16 sqm). Bedroom (2 beds) Kitchen with old cooker and electric cooker, sink with hot water. Bathroom (accessible via the outside door) with shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine; large veranda (west). Upstairs: outside staircase, bedroom with two beds and couch, small room with two beds. Anteroom with built-in linen cupboard. All beds 2 m x 0.90. Parking directly at the house. No cable connection, no landline and no internet. Occasional visits from the animals in the neighbouring forest cannot be ruled out, but are guaranteed harmless.
King Ludwig II decreed that the private beaches around the lake must not be cordoned off. This still applies today. (because of rating)
